Are there any extra charges on the calculated prices?
No, there aren't! The prices that appear on HeraklionCrete.Taxi are final prices. Wheelchairs, suitcases, baby seats don't have any additional charges.
How do I pay for my transfers?
We are giving the options to choose your of payment. By cash on the end of the transfer is the default way of payment, but you can ask for pre-payment with credit card by sending you a secure (SSL) link when you will confirm your transfer or by bank transfer. Don't forget that you may request official receipt.
Where will I meet the driver at the Airport / Port?
We will meet you outside of the arrivals lounge in Heraklion/Chania Airport, or at the dock where your boat arrives, holding a sign with your name clearly displayed on it. How do I book a return taxi?
By filling the same form you may reserve a return taxi. Also you can book your return to our driver on your arrival or you can call us 4 hours the latest.
